Without the generosity of corporations in our community, Opera Grand Rapids would cease to exist. Opera Grand Rapids is the longest running professional opera company in Michigan and serves as West and Mid-Michigan's resident opera production company.

Less than 30% of the cost of producing an opera is covered by ticket sales. To bring top quality, professional opera to life in West Michigan, Opera Grand Rapids needs the support of corporations understand the important role that arts organizations play in creating a well-rounded community.

Each year Opera Grand Rapids' productions are enjoyed by thousands of students throughout our educational programs and ticket buyers in more than 48 counties throughout lower and mid Michigan.

• For each of our productions we bring nationally known opera singers to live and work in our community.
• For each of our productions we engage
  the Grand Rapids Symphony.
• For each of our productions we employ hundreds of local artists, crew, seamstresses, make-up artists and technitians.
